Relief stress

Well this is going to be sweet and short. How to relief stess?Some basic:
-Doing something u like
-Squeeze the stress ball
-Sleep
-Punch a pillow or the bed
-Listen to smoothing or sedimental or love song
-Go exercising
-Go to the beach where there no body and shout your heart out
-Consult someone close
-Sing your hearts out(my favourite and i'm doing it now)
Don't Ever ever ever do these:
-COMMIT SUICIDE, it's very stupid
-Punch the wall(u will hurt yourself)
-Involve in a fight
That's All. If u hav better ideas. please dun hesitate to tell me.Remember when in stress do these things,and relief urself.Keeping it to urself is not going to work....Well sometime it does........
